Whitetail Club is a private golf and club residential community in McCall, Idaho, in the very heart of the gorgeous Salmon River Mountains. The whole region is basically a resort location for any season of the year, except that you can choose to live here instead. Here, you can buy your family home, or perhaps a second home for vacations.
Living here gives you the chance to enjoy the fantastic golf course and other clubhouse amenities available to residents. You can buy a homesite where you can build your own home here, with prices ranging from $325,000 to $1.5 million. Townhome prices start at $1.4 million. With already 140 properties sold to date, the prices for homes here have ranged from $739,000 to $5 million.
Now that you have your property in these parts, you can then obtain your membership to the Whitetail Club. Three types of memberships are available, and all of them allow members to play on the championship golf course. These memberships also let them enjoy The Fish & Swim Club, the Indoor Tennis & Fitness Center, the world-class spa, the marina and beach on Payette Lake and a whole lot more.
If you’re a golfer, then you need to get the resident full membership. That gives you full access to everything. You get priority tee times, a 30-day advance on reservations, locker and bag storage, GHIN handicap, and expanded guest play privileges. The buy-in for this membership is $75,000 with monthly dues of $715.
If you’re not really a golfer, then the resident social/sport membership makes more sense. You still get full access to all the non-golf facilities. That means full access to The Fish & Swim Club, the Indoor Tennis & Fitness Center, the world-class spa, and the marina and beach on Payette Lake. But you still can play on the golf course 6 times per season, with some limits on advance reservations and member guest play.
However, non-resident full membership is also available, although this is by invitation only. This type if membership gives you full access to everything, including the golf, without having to buy any property here.
