The Country Club at Mirasol is a private golf and country club located in Palm Beach, Florida. It’s one of the best country clubs in the country, and it’s so good that it has even received awards. The gated country club community comes with gorgeous natural preserves and lakes.
As this is Florida, it all starts with the golf course. Except that here, you have 2 golf courses, and these were designed by icons Tom Fazio and Arthur Hills. These come with great practice facilities, which have been recently upgraded in 2015. The golf program also includes instruction for junior members.
The tennis program here is also for players of all ages and skill levels. It features a championship center court, a tennis lounge, and a comfy covered patio where you can watch the exciting matches. It also includes 15 clay courts lit for evening play, and a hard court that complies with the USTA regulations for juniors.
Then there’s the Sports Complex, which is a favorite hangout of kids and young adults. It offers 2,400 square feet of recreational space. There’s a regulation-sized basketball court, a fully-equipped playground with a forgiving “fall zone” surface, and courts for pickleball and bocce. The green space outside the building is also for play, and uses a synthetic turf so there’s no need for pesticides.
For dining, you sure have plenty of options. The Grille Room is for casual dining, and it also has a covered patio with lush landscaping and fire and water features. The Solstice restaurant offers elegant, intimate dining, while Revive is for casual poolside dining. The Terrace is next to the Grand Ballroom, and offers a great view of the golf course for cocktail parties and wine tasting.
To be a member, it really helps if you’re a resident in the community. Just keep in mind that the cost of the homes here usually ranges from at least $500,000 to $1 million, though some houses cost a lot more. The country club offers several types of memberships, but for full access the initiation fee is at least $75,000 with annual dues of at least $15,000.
