New Orleans Country Club is one of the places where the elite of the city like to congregate. The club doesn’t really publicize its membership fees, although reports in 2018 peg the membership initiation fee at close to or around $100,000. The annual dues will most likely be higher than $10,000.
But then again, you can now play at the fantastic George Turpie golf course, which opened way back in 2014. It’s a rather challenging course, with especially difficult fairways and holes. But you can practice your skills at the driving range, putting green, and the practice bunkers. Of course, there’s also a golf shop, along with lockers, changing rooms, motorized carts, and pull carts.
Tennis fans will love the ten hard clay courts, and they’re all properly lit for evening play. There’s also a tennis pro there to assist you with your tennis needs.
Then there’s the swimming pool, and a great fitness facility where you can do your cardio and strength training workouts. Several dining options are available, with fine and casual dining available. The food is just amazing, whether you’re going with an elegant dinner or for more casual fare by the poolside.
The country club also holds various social activities through the year. The country club has always been a great place for Christmas parties and weddings. It simply has this amazing atmosphere that’s perfect for celebrations. They also hold lots of different parties, with the Mardi Gras celebrations as one of the highlights.
