This is a residential community with 285 homes on 340 acres of property, including at least 71 acres of fresh water lakes and 40 acres of greenbelt. It also features the Signature Jack Nicklaus-designed golf course.

Proprietary Resident Membership Costs

  • This is available for every property or homeowner, with full voting rights. Members, along with their spouses and children under 25 years old have full use of all the Club facilities, and are not required to pay green fees. 
  • The initiation fee is $100,000 to be paid when you also buy the home in the community. The refundable amount is $1,000. 

Proprietary Non-Resident Membership

  • Membership is also available for non-residents, but these are limited in number. 
  • These non-resident members also enjoy the same rights as residents. 
  • The initiation fee is also $100,000 with $1,000 refundable. 

National Membership

  • This is limited to just 15 members, and this membership is available to those who don’t own property within 100 miles of the club. 
  • The members have no voting rights. 
  • The initiation fee is $30,000, with annual payments of $6,000 for five years. 
  • The annual dues are $5,000 for five years, and then 50% of the full dues after that. 
  • They also pay the Food and Beverage Quarterly Service Charge. 
  • National members have unlimited social privileges, for the Activities Center, tennis, pool, and dining. 
  • Spouses enjoy unlimited gold during the off season, and 30 rounds of golf in season. 

Junior Membership

  • This is limited to just 10 memberships, available for those under the age of 45 years old. 
  • There are no voting rights. 
  • Junior members, along with their spouses and children under 25 years old have full use of all the Club facilities, and are not required to pay green fees. 
  • This is available for non-property owners, but the membership must be converted to Full Proprietary Membership if the Junior member becomes a property owner.  
  • The initiation fee is $100,000 with $1,000 refundable, along with the annual dues and capital charges. 
  • For Ages 40 to 44:
    • 50% of membership initiation fee due upon accepting the membership invitation
    • $5,000 continuing annual initiation fee payments
    • 75% of annual dues and capital charges
  • For Ages under 40:
    • 25% of membership initiation fee due upon accepting the membership invitation
    • $5,000 continuing annual initiation fee payments
    • 60% of annual dues and capital charges
  • Junior members pay for the full Food and Beverage Quarterly Service Charge
  • May be responsible for up to 25% of future assessments

Food and Beverage Ala Carte Service Charge. $200, quarterly.
