The BallenIsles Country Club is in Palm Beach, Florida, and it’s currently regarded as one of the top private country clubs in the entire country. It offers many different amenities, each of which contends for the best in its class. You have 3 championship golf courses, along with a huge Grand Clubhouse with 115,000 square feet of space.
As a member, you can enjoy world-class tennis facilities and a resort-style swimming pool. The Sports Complex occupies 65,000 square feet, featuring a fitness center along with a fantastic salon and spa. You also 6 dining venues to pick from, offering exceptional formal dining to more casual fare.
The club offers several types of memberships, starting with a limited number of Social and Fitness memberships. You have full access to most of the facilities with full social privileges, although you can’t play golf or tennis. You can, however, still enjoy golf and tennis lessons. This will cost you $60,000 as the non-refundable initiation fee, along with another $25,000 as your equity contribution. Then you’ll pay $15,835 in annual dues.
With the Tennis membership, you pay the initiation fee of $60,000 but the equity contribution is now $30,000. The annual dues are $16,660 per year. This membership also gives you access to the pickleball facilities, along with 7-day advance tennis court reservations. These are extra, as you also enjoy all the privileges of the Social and Fitness membership.
Then there’s the Sports membership. You have the same privileges of the tennis membership, plus a bit more. You can play golf at any time from May to October, and after 12 noon from November to April. You get 5-day advance tee times with green fees included, preferred guest fees, full use of the driving range, and unlimited range balls.
For the Sports membership, it’s the same $60,000 initiation fee but the equity contribution is $50,000. You’ll also pay dues of $21,459 per year.
The Full Golf Membership is the most prized, as you can play golf or tennis anytime you want. You also get 7-day advance tee times. You have the $60,000 initiation fee but the equity contribution is $85,000 along with annual dues of $24,705.
