The Admirals Cove Country Club is the clubhouse for the Admirals Cove community in Jupiter, Florida. It became an equity club in 1988, and in 1999 it changed to a full member equity ownership.
There is, of course, the fantastic 45 holes of championship golf, with a challenging layout to go with the scenic waterways and fantastic views. All the courses were designed by the legendary designer Robert von Hagge.
Aside from the golf courses, you also have private tennis courts and pickleball courts. Then there’s the huge 21,000-square foot Bluewater Wellness Spa and Salon, with separate spa sections for ladies and gentlemen.
For foodies, you have the 27 West venue that offers a wide range of dining experiences. Here, you can go with a private booth for a romantic date, or dine alfresco around a fire pit. Another option is the relaxing Marina Café, while steak lovers can go with the Latitude steakhouse. Above that, there’s also the Edge Lounge with their terrific craft cocktails.
Membership costs depend on the type of membership you get. Here are the membership types available, and the latest reports concerning the costs (as of 2021).
- Full Golf Membership. $175,000 initiation fee with annual dues of $21,563. This gives you full use of all the facilities, with no fee for golf and tennis.
- Sports Membership. $128,500 initiation fee with annual dues of $17,768. This comes with full use of most the facilities, with up to 4 golfing times per month in season from November to April. You do get unlimited golf play out of season.
- Tennis Membership. $117,000 initiation fee with annual dues of $12,621. With this, you can enjoy the facilities for tennis, swimming, fitness, and social facilities. You can play golf once a month in season and 2 times a month out of season, and you’ll pay the green fees.
- Social Membership. $101,000 initiation fee with annual dues of $12,016. This lets you use the swimming, fitness, and social facilities, with some restrictions for the use of the golf courses and the tennis courts.
There’s also a marina membership, for the yachting enthusiasts. The marina offers more than 500 private docks and 63 marina slips, for yachts up to 130 feet.
